You may recall that Francis sat on Santa's lap and asked him for a "Talking Head." She was talking about a creepy novelty item that she saw at a friend's Halloween party.
That friend's mother was happy to pass on the Head. Now that I've seen how disturbing it is, I can see that it was no real loss to her household.
Francis was ecstatic when she opened it, and spent a long time prompting the motion detector to hear the head's gallows humor. Around the new year, though, Francis asked Sally to do away with the Head. Thanks for the nightmarish memories, Head.
