Multitrack A Capella
A while back, I posted the feeble results of my efforts at mixing my voice against itself. I would rather you all forget about that, and imagine it was in some way comparable to this. Here are four guys from Sweden, New Zealand, USA, and Canada who have never met in person, and yet have been engaged in a video conversation on YouTube. They've been recording a capella "tags" - the vocally acrobatic flourishes within barbershop songs - using a single voice dubbed over itself. Those results are amazing, especially the Scarborough Fair eight-part tag embedded below. The video above is the first time I've noticed collaboration among these talented guys.

update, update, update.
i'm dying for a gulde update.
Hahaha, I was just going to jot down the exact same thing as Kristen, so "ditto"
I listened to your "feeble" results and was quite impressed. I have been working on multitracking recently, and singing in tune is incredibly difficult! If you get the time, you should take a stab at a barbershop tag. A quick google for barbershop tag .pdf will turn up a whole free book of them! Let me know if you get around to it, I would love to hear.
