It's brrrrr....cold here in Chicago. According to the news it's a lovely wind chill of 10ºF. Even Scout camps out in front of the fireplace on days like today... he definitely gets that from me.
Our house goes on the market today...sniff, sniff. I think the snow is going to be to our benefit in selling the house. Because frankly, it's miserable outside. Just plain miserable. And when you walk into our house it's like a Tiki Bora Bora sunny day wonderland. Who wouldn't want to buy this place? It's like walking into warm sunshine. You can't put a price on that.
Keep your fingers crossed that our place sells quickly and for list price! :) or better yet... pray for a bidding war. ;) Whoo hoo!!
