Okay, so it might actually be leaning a bit, but you can't beat the location. It's just steps...teeny tiny steps from a huge park with a brand spanking new playground and a sleding hill. Not to mention it is one block from the EL. So yeah, it may need some work, but who knows...maybe it would work.
I spent the day driving around the "Harrision Street Arts District" in Oak Park today and it got my heart racing. It would great to live in that area if we can afford it. It seems that every house we can afford... is leaning ;) or just needs a lot of $TLC. I'm a patient woman though so I'm just gonna sit back and be ready to pounce when our house goes on the market.
